White Belt’s grading.
We co-hosted the IKKO interclub tournament at Firhouse Scout Hall on the 22nd October ’11. There were about 60 participants (Junior only). A gerat day was had by all and we hope that there will be many more to follow. Well done to all those from all clubs who won medals and trophies.

David King grades Yellow
Congratulations to David King who did an excellent job of his Yellow Grading this week despite being told by one or two members of the club that he should always say no if asked if he was tired 
That just leads to more sparring !!!! Congrats Dave (on the far right).

Juniors new home!
The junior class now has a new home, upstairs in the Firhouse Community centre.
Come in through the doors, turn right, up the stairs and follow the corridor around.
It’s a great room, much more pleasant (and warmer) than the old place so we’re looking forward to many fun and productive nights in there hopefully with some new members on the way

Juniors move to a new venue !
From Tuesday 25th January, the Junior will have a new home upstairs in the Firhouse Community Centre, just across from where we used to be in the Scout Hall.
The new premises are much warmer and so will be more pleasant surroundings for the children.
We will be buying mats soon to cover the floor to further improve on the facilities and the training that we can give.
