Congratulations to Ger Keating who successfully completed the 1st Degree Black Belt grading on Thursday 9th of December.  The grading was performed to Shay Pagett, John Reddin and Donal Dunleavy.  A great Christmas present for Ger and a well deserved award which has taken a lot of hard work and dedication!
